MySchoolsBucks has announced it will be increasing fees for all transactions used through their platform. ACS uses MySchoolsBucks as a convenient way for parents to pay for various school-related items, such as meals, program fees, etc.

Due to rising operating costs, MySchoolsBucks announced the program fee to use their service will increase to 4.95% per transaction. As always, ACS families may continue paying the school directly via cash or check to avoid paying a transaction fee.

On January 10, 2022, MySchoolBucks will send the following email to all of its users:

Dear Parent,

Thank you for being a valued MySchoolBucks customer and for placing your trust in us for all your school payments. We hope this service has provided you with a more convenient way to pay student fees and make purchases throughout the school year.

Like many other businesses, we have experienced rising operating costs, especially in recent years. Therefore, effective January 19, 2022, the program fee you pay through MySchoolBucks for all School Store items and invoices will increase to 4.95% per transaction.

This increase will allow us to continue providing support when you need us, enhanced security to protect your account, and updates to make your experience with our website and mobile app even easier.
