Alejandro Cantrell named January Patriot Bank Student of the Month

Congratulations to Alejandro Cantrell for being named the Patriot Bank Student of the Month for January! Alejandro was selected by the Arlington High School Mathematics Department for exemplifying the tenants of the Portrait of an ACS Graduate, which includes Communicate Effectively, Collaborate Intentionally, Cultivate Creativity, Be Resilient and Lead with Empathy. Here's what the selection committee had to say about Alejandro:

"Alejandro's intelligence, maturity and deep desire to learn set him apart as a scholar and leader. As president of Mu Alpha Theta, he exemplifies leadership and dedication to academic excellence. Beyond academics, Alejandro is known for his selflessness, consistently helping others achieve their goals. Alejandro's achievements and integrity make him truly deserving of this honor."

The Patriot Bank Student of the Month program will recognize one student in the months of September - April. One of those eight students will then be selected for a $1,000 scholarship sponsored by Patriot Bank.
