Congratulations to Noah Certion for being named the Patriot Bank Student of the Month for October! Noah was selected by the Arlington High School Fine Arts Department for exemplifying the tenants of the Portrait of an ACS Graduate, which includes Communicate Effectively, Collaborate Intentionally, Cultivate Creativity, Be Resilient and Lead with Empathy. Here's what the selection committee had to say about Noah:

"Noah Certion is an exemplary member of Arlington High School’s media arts team, showcasing dedication, creativity, and professionalism in every role he undertakes. Serving as a producer, anchor, reporter, and crew member for our live-streaming operation and TV show This Is Arlington, Noah consistently demonstrates his commitment to high-quality work. His talents were recognized early on, as he was named the Best Student Reporter by the TN High School Press Association during his sophomore year.

Noah has spent two years as a Communications Intern with Arlington Community Schools (ACS), where his contributions have been featured prominently on the district’s social media platforms. Noah also serves on the student council, Quill and Scroll Honor Society, and is a proud participant in the PAVE Academy. Noah will use the skills he has learned at AHS to major in journalism and communications.

Noah’s creativity is boundless, his professionalism unmatched, and his kindness is felt by all who interact with him. His passion for storytelling and his dedication to service make him a shining example of the best Arlington High School has to offer."

The Patriot Bank Student of the Month program will recognize one student in the months of September - April. One of those eight students will then be selected for a $1,000 scholarship sponsored by Patriot Bank.
