For the eighth year in a row, Arlington Community Schools has earned a spot among the Top Workplaces® in the Memphis-Metro region! ACS ranked #2 in the Large Business Category, once again standing as the top school district in the region for the fourth consecutive year.
What makes this recognition extra special?
It comes straight from our employees. Through an anonymous survey, ACS team members shared their thoughts about the district…on things like culture & climate, employee appreciation, leadership, innovation and industry benefits. These results were then compared against businesses across the region, solidifying ACS’s reputation as a standout workplace
Superintendent Dr. Allison Clark captured the heart of this achievement in her speech at the Top Workplace ceremony. “ACS is a Top Workplace because of the work our teachers and support staff do every day for our students,” Clark said. “They show up with passion and purpose to make sure students feel welcomed, valued and ready to learn, and they’re supported in that work by our great board members, principals and leaders throughout the district. The Arlington community is blessed to have this incredible group of people serving our students.”
